Effective September 5, 2023, CDW Corporation adopted an updated version of its code of business conduct and ethics -- “The CDW Way Code”. Revisions to the Code include: (i) eliminating the section titled “The Financial Integrity Code of Ethics”, the substance of which has been incorporated into other sections of the Code; (ii) adding topics on international trade and privacy and (iii) improving the organization, readability and utility.
