Carolyn A. Wiesenhahn, Chief People Officer and Senior Vice President, Coworker Services

Carolyn Wiesenhahn is chief people officer and senior vice president, coworker services, for CDW. She is responsible for empowering CDW coworkers to reach their full potential and help CDW fulfill its purpose – to make technology work so people can do great things. She oversees the company’s coworker services strategy, and all aspects of its human capital plan, including talent acquisition and employment branding, organizational and leadership development, sales training, compensation, benefits, diversity, equity and inclusion, performance management and succession planning.

With more than 20 years of experience as an outcomes-oriented human resources executive and attorney, Wiesenhahn brings extensive experience partnering across functions to build and deliver people strategies that accelerate and enable business strategies. Wiesenhahn joined CDW in 2022 from CVS Health Corporation, where she served in a number of leadership roles of increasing responsibility. Most notably, Wiesenhahn served as senior vice president, human resources, leading HR for CVS Caremark. Prior to moving into HR, Carolyn was a practicing employment lawyer. She began her law career at Mintz, Levin, Cohn, Ferris, Glovsky and Popeo, PC before moving to CVS.

Wiesenhahn earned a bachelor’s degree in psychology and English literature from Miami University and a J.D. from Boston University School of Law. She currently serves on the board of directors for The People’s Radio (Rhode Island Public Radio).
