Sullivan is responsible for fostering a rich and diverse learning environment for coworkers in both the sales and strategic solutions & services organizations. This includes the ongoing training and development for all solution architects, account managers and field account executives to elevate technical talent performance and drive sales through industry-leading solutions. In addition, she leads CDW’s Sales Academy, Associate Consulting Engineer Program and Launch orientation program.
